I don’t have a website. Can I still use Bookings Made Easy?
Yes. We give you a one-page booking website you can use as your property’s website, at no extra cost.
How does setup work?
You set everything up step by step inside the software. If you get stuck, our support is one click away.
What do I need to get started?
Your room photos, descriptions and prices. Then you connect your online travel agent accounts through Channex, and you’re ready to go.
Do I need any technical skills?
No. Everything is built to be simple, with no technical knowledge needed.
What kind of properties is it for?
Any independent property, from a two-room homestay to a large hotel. There’s no minimum or maximum number of rooms.
Is there a contract?
No. You pay month by month, starting when you finish signing up. If you cancel within your first month, we’ll refund it in full.
What happens after the free pilot?
The pilot lasts three months. When it ends, we’ll ask whether you’d like to continue at RM400 a month. Nothing is charged unless you say yes.
Are there any other fees?
No. You only pay RM400 a month. If you choose to take online payments, Stripe charges its own card fees under its own terms.
When do I get paid?
With online payments, Stripe pays you directly on its normal schedule. Without them, guests pay you at your property.
Do I have to stop using Booking.com and Agoda?
No. Online travel agents bring you guests, and you should keep them. Bookings Made Easy gives you your own booking channel alongside them, with no commission.
Do I need a separate channel manager?
No. Our channel manager is included in your subscription. It connects to your online travel agents through Channex and keeps your availability the same everywhere.
When does Bookings Made Easy launch?
January 2027, if everything goes to plan.
Who is behind Bookings Made Easy?
Bookings Made Easy was founded by David Mills in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. David sold his first website to a hotelier in 2020 and has spent the years since building booking websites for properties that had no booking engine of their own. He also runs properties himself as a director of Millennium Armour Sdn Bhd, the company behind Sinurambi Cottage Rental and Kampung BnB, where revenue doubled in one year and tripled in two. Bookings Made Easy brings what he learned on both sides into one simple tool for independent properties.
